 Organisational Structure CRV is an international company in the area of cattle improvement. CRV stands for Coöperatie Rundvee Verbetering (Cattle Improvement Co-operative) and has two shareholders: CR Delta in the Netherlands and VRV located in Flanders. The 37,000 members of the co-operative are Dutch and Flemish farmers who participate in the organisation. CRV has locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, the Czech Republic, Spain, Brazil, New Zealand and the United States. With the head office located in Arnhem (Netherlands), CRV employs more than 1200 people. CRV’s products and services are marketed around the world in approximately 50 countries to 50,000 direct customers. In addition, CRV’s products are sold by distributors found on every continent.
