  In 2003 AmBreed NZ Ltd. in New Zealand was purchased by CRV. AmBreed sells more than 800,000 doses of semen annually, provides milk recording on approximately 600 dairy farms, and has a total of some 100 employees. In a highly competitive market, AmBreed succeeds in continuing the development of export sales, especially to South America. Herd services, covering herd testing and recording, continue to increase with more than 250,000 cows on recording in 2005-2006.
